Refund policy

All clothing and earrings/nose rings are final sale and thus not returnable or refundable. This is for hygienic purposes as well as since our clothes are often made to order, or are one-off’s. 

All other jewellery can be exchanged or returned for store credit or partial refund (postage will not be refunded).  Shipping returned items will be covered by recipient, and refund will be issued once package has arrived back to Blingistan without any damages. Item must be posted within 14 days of shipment arrival for returns.

If a package is marked as delivered, it will not be the responsibility of Blingistan, and a claim will have to be filed with the postal system of your country to move forward.

If a package is damaged upon delivery, please send photographs of the package and its contents to blingistan@gmail.com and we will sort it out. We ship worldwide.
